Warning Description: Winter Weather Advisory
Warning Date: 2:58 PM MST on March 9, 2010
WarningSum:...Winter Weather Advisory Remains In Effect Until Midnight Mst
Tonight...
Warning Message:A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until midnight MST
tonight.
* Timing: the primary accumulating snow is expected through 6 PM
MST.
* Snow accumulations: expect total snowfall accumulations of 3 to
7 inches by midnight. Locally higher amounts are possible in the
heaviest snow shower bands.
* Impacts: snow and blowing snow with gusts to near 40 mph will
create winter driving conditions with slick roadways and low
visibilities.
Some snowfall amounts reported as of 230 PM MST include...
Strawberry .................... 3 inches.
Forest Lakes................... 2 inches.
